UPDATE 3/26/2022:
This project is currently FULLY BOOKED! If you'd like to be on the current wait list, please fill out this form on the bottom of this page. Thank you to all participants!
Limited appointments are now open for "I Am Enough" portrait sessions, a personal project. My mission is to create portraits of you exactly the way you are right now.
Even though we know that there will never be a perfect time to be photographed, I am still always hearing objections for not stepping in front of the camera, including things like:
I don't need all those pictures of myself
I only need pictures of the kids
I'll do it when I lose/gain the weight
the list goes on...
A month ago, I asked 1,400 women in my Facebook group to post any photo of JUST themselves that made them feel beautiful-- no partner, no kids, just them. The result? Sooo many women had to go back through hundreds and thousands of photographs in order to find just one.
Let me challenge you to step out from behind the camera for once and be photographed exactly as you are. There will never be a perfect moment, so start now.
One day your children and loved ones will be looking for photographs of you... What will they find?
You deserve to be documented exactly as you are in this moment and you deserve to celebrate yourself now.
You are beautiful.
You are worthy.
You are enough.
Exactly as you are in this very moment.
Exist in the photographs.

From UNICEF:
"Children are the least responsible for armed conflict in Ukraine, but they suffer most from its consequences. Your donation will help UNICEF ensure that Ukraine's children have access to safe water, nutrition, health care, education and protection. UNICEF's emergency response teams and partners are ramping up efforts to deliver safe water to families in communities where water systems are barely functioning. They are providing health care, nutrition and education support where services are severely lacking or have shut down entirely. And they are focusing on protecting children from violence, exploitation and abuse in the face of increased threats of gender-based violence and the risk of harm from mines and other explosive remnants of war."
